What’s on at Seawork
Conference Programme: Free-to-attend ‘Business Briefings’ conference sessions are held across the first two days of Seawork. These conference sessions cover a variety of topics across the Commercial Marine & Marine Civils sectors and feature sessions and presentations from our Supporting Associations.
The European Commercial Marine Awards: The prestigious European Commercial Marine Awards (ECMAs) attract entries from across Europe, recognising the depth of excellence in the commercial marine industry. The ECMAs celebrate outstanding innovations from the companies and individuals that comprise this vibrant and productive industry sector.
Judged by a panel of industry experts and chaired by the editor of Maritime Journal, the ECMAs are presented at the awards evening on the opening day of Seawork, Tuesday 10 June 2025 from 17.30.
The Innovation showcase hall - The Innovations Showcase provides visitors with the opportunity to see the latest in equipment, services, projects and vessels that have been introduced to the Commercial Marine market in the last 12 months.
The Cardboard Boat Regatta - The regatta event includes live music, bar & food on the quayside on Wednesday 12th June from 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
Training and careers - With a focus on skills, learning and employment, the pavilion, open on all three days of Seawork, gives visitors the chance to explore opportunities within the commercial marine industry.
Exhibitors include specialist recruitment companies, education centres and training organisations, many with apprenticeship schemes, all offering expert advice on how to start and maintain a successful maritime career.
Speed@Seawork will return to Cowes, Isle Of Wight in 2025, for the 6th edition of the event. The international fleet of fast vessels operating at high speed in the arena of security, intervention, search and rescue.
