Eurostone – Anti-predator netting from Vónin
FOR some time, the anti-predator netting Eurostone has been tested in full-scale cage nets at Scottish farm sites, and the results are great.
The netting’s special attribute is that it has a stone fibre which the seals can’t bite through. And therefore the salmon are protected from attacks. Other attributes are that it keeps its properties in the water, has a good sinkability, no antifouling is needed and, not least, it is recyclable.
