Loch Duart set to make a splash at Singapore expo

Independent Scottish salmon producer Loch Duart will be making the case for what it calls its “unrivalled” product at a major trade show in Singapore this week.

Seafood Expo Asia takes place at Singapore’s Sands Expo and Convention Centre over 4-6 September.

Chris Orr, Sales Director of Loch Duart, who will be at the Loch Duart stand, said: “We’re so proud to be bringing what we believe is the world’s best farmed salmon to Seafood Expo Asia. We know many chefs and restaurants across Asia that are already familiar with Loch Duart Salmon’s unrivalled taste and texture, so it’s fantastic to be able to show even more people why we’re so proud of how we raise our fish.

Loch Duart Salmon is 100% Scottish, bred from wild fish native to North West Scotland. The company also stresses the importance of its bespoke Blue Impact diet, developed with feed supplier BioMar to deliver a high proportion of marine ingredients and naturally high Omega-3 levels, which is reflected in the Omega-3 content of the fish.
