Coastal Workboats grows Stornoway team
It’s been full charge ahead for Coastal Workboats after signing a new 10-year lease agreement with Stornoway Port Authority for their Marine Engineering Workshop at the turn of the year.
The months that followed have seen an ongoing roll-out of a recruitment drive to grow the company’s local team on the ground, a vast procurement exercise to kit out the new workshops and commencing the build of the UK’s first fully electric workboat. All this while the next batch of Coastal Workboats’ renowned Damen LUV2208s nears completion – with stock vessels offering immediate availability.
