Biomar appoints MD for Chile

Feed giant BioMar has named Derek Kohn as its next Managing Director for Chile.

Kohn, currently Commercial & Processing Director of Australis Seafood, brings over 20 years’ experience in leadership positions within the salmon farming industry, for companies such as MultiX and Mowi as well as Australis. He takes up his new post in November.

BioMar Chile, which is part of the Salmon Division of the BioMar Group, currently provides feed solutions to a wide range of salmon farmers in Chile and is one of the largest business units within the BioMar Group.
